This is a listed cottage in a Conservation area in the middle of a small market town, until recent years much overlooked. Placed between the 10th Century castle, the 12th century parish church and the 15th century Portreaves house, the cottage is in the east street approach to the castle. This is the Historic Quarter in Tonbridge.

This is Tonbridge with unbelievably good rail connections.

Tonbridge was voted best commuter town some years ago - 35 minutes to London Bridge, Waterloo and Charing Cross. The rail system is at a cross roads - Sevenoaks and London to the North, Ashford International to the East, Tunbridge Wells and Sussex coast to The South and Redhill and Victoria to the West.

Motorway connections are 15 minutes away - M25 at junction 5 and M20 at junction 4. The dual carriageway A21 skirts Tonbridge to North and South.

A new way of life starts at the nearby swimming lido, the riverside country walks, some of the best sport and leisure facilities in the South and wonderful restaurants and recreational opportunities. Excellent restaurants, bar lounges, coffee shops and a Pizza Express with a river balcony for dining!
